Hey everyone! :-) so i had a knee injury 2 years ago which ended my sprinting. I then became a distance. This past year (my junior year) my coach asked me to try steeple chase. I said sure, was suprisingly good at it and am now an all out steeple chase runner. my bes tie is 9:54 which i got at states. i only ran it like 5 times this past season. Does anyone have any advice for me on running it?
